Operations- Opticlean's specially designed roller conveys Ampoules vials of a particular size. Prior, to the inspection zone ampoules are simultaneously spun to whirl up particulate matter which remains suspended evenly in the liquid. These particles, in the inspection zone, are observed settling down against a high concentrated light beam through bottom of ampoules, causing particles to reflect light due to Tyndall effect. Rejected ampoule is then discarded by operating the rejection switches. Both spinning and actual rejection does not take place in inspection zone, thus giving maximum inspection time without affecting the output speed.
