Technical Description

Basic machine comprises:

Basic machine controlled by 16 bit microprocessor to weave loop pile fabrics
Pick regulator with change gears
Take-up of fabric on 1 roll of max. 800mm diameter
Beam stand for 2 ground beams of max. 1000mm diameter with electrical let-off
Electrical connection: 460 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz
Pulleys for: 260-280 rpm

Weaving accessories included:

Reed with 1120 pile dents / 1460mm + edges left & right
Filling package supply stand with 5 prewinders (5 color weft)
1 Pile stop motion with 6 electrodes and 1 ground stop motion with 8 electrodes, with 3400 pile droppers and 4600 ground droppers
Jacquard machine, including superstructure for:
Type: Piletronic electronical jacquard in capacity of 2800 solenoids (2800 hooks)
