Transformers L.V. Windings / Enliter Windings / Crossmatic windings

We offer ready to use transformer L.V. windings that are precision manufactured from copper flats that are duly brazed with 43 silver brazing rods. These are regularly used as replacement of conventional L.V. windings for Power & Distribution transformers up to 100 MVA rating.

The other specifications include:

• Single layer, two layer, three layer & four layers transpose criss-cross/cross over windings are brazed with lead connections as per requirements
• Proper insulation between Turns and layers are provided using Bakelite Strips and fiber glass spacers
• These L.V Windings can also be supplied duly varnished & nomex paper covered for reducing production time & achieving high turnover targets quickly
• The major advantage is Practically Nil Failure, for such type of LV Windings
