Thermal Barcode Ribbon and Stickers

Depending on the method or technology used for printing, there are two popular types of printing operations - Direct Thermal & Thermal Transfer. Accordingly, the stickers suitable for these two types are either direct thermal stickers or thermal transfer stickers.

Suitable for direct thermal printing, these stickers are more economic, do not give a very high quality finish but are functionally sufficient and regularly used in mass applications like food, garments etc. These do not require ribbons.

Suitable for transfer of thermal printing, these stickers are durable, long life, higher quality finish, works for more types of substrates and is more versatile. It requires a ribbon for transfer onto the substrate via thermal process. This is regularly used in logistic and retail.
