Description
Sublimation Tester is an ideal instrument for evaluating effect of dry heat on sublimation & staining properties of individual dyes. It is a must instrument for users of Disperse Dyes. It can be used for checking the samples in fiber, yarn or fabric form. Sublimation Tester, three heating pads are provided. Pads are made of hard chromed electrolytic copper for uniform distribution of heat. Each pad can be heated up to 230°C from ambient temperature. Each pad is provided with individual temperature indicator & control.
JK & PC Specimen samples in prescribed sizes are sandwiched between two white pieces of same material & spread on heat pads. Desired temperature are set on the individual pads. Lid is pressed down & locked. Time parameter is set As soon as set time is over, buzzer is sounded. Lid is then to be released & samples are taken out. Samples are then visually checked & assessed against Grey Scales & graded accordingly.
