Applications
Shredding of various materials such as Medical Waste, wood waste, plastic, cartons, glass bottles etc. in Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals & Other Industries.
The process
The material to be shredded is fed into the hopper. Due to the unique design of cutting unit, material is pulled into the cutting chamber.
The cutting units
The shafts made of high strength steel alloy are fitted with cutters having angular teeth, cutters are heat treated to avoid damages and for longer life. Cleaning fingers can be easily replaced if damaged.
Control System
The unit is supplied with control unit, which has an automatic reversing function. This function will protect the shredder from over load damages. It also has auto-shut down in case of frequent auto-reversal, idle-run etc. the control system can be changed as per specific customer requirement of Ram assistance, reversal etc.
