Single component, polymer modified cementitious topping
Neoflor 3010
Neoflor 3010 is a free flowing , self leveling material, specially designed for easy application over concrete floors as a stand alone floor topping or as an underlayment. It is suitable for use as repair-cum-leveling course and may be applied at thickness from 3 to 10 mm. Neoflor 3010 is a one part system requiring only the addition of water for mixing. Neoflor 3010 can be optionally supplied with UV resistant colours of limited shades.
Neoflor 3010 may be applied over any interior or exterior sound concrete sub-surface, undulated surfaces and repair of old, worn concrete before laying ceramic tiles, marble, granite, vinyl etc. It is ideally suited for:
Hard tennis court surface
Porticos, swimming pool decks, patios.
Pathways
Car parks, podium floorings
Hotel lobbies or as underlay for subsequent topping of carpets, vinyl floorings
Industrial flooring as leveling course
Neoflor 3010 has the following advantages:
Flowable consistency (See picture) for easy self leveling application to provide a smooth, flat & leveled floors.
Limited colour shades are available to provide a decorative hard surface.
High early strength for fast turnaround.
Excellent bond strength with many substrates
Suitable for wet area application.
Provides a compressive strength of 40 N/mm2.
