Description
First, the PET resin is completely dried in the Resin Dryer for 5 Hrs. & then fed in the single stage Automatic machine via vacuum loader.
This dried PET resin is then injection molded into perform in the first stage & then conditioned in the second stage before stretch blowing into the desired shape as per blow mold in the third stage. The ready bottle is then ejected out in the fourth stage.
All this stages are achieved in a closed system & the PET resin is converted into bottle without human contact. Also the high pressure air used to blow the bottles is filtered to the level of 0.001 micron.
Then, immediately each and every Bottle is been thoroughly checked and Shrink packed.
If the user industry requires, we can convert the total production area into positive pressure area and the movement of the bottles outside the machine can be under laminar air floor. This will ensure that the PET bottles are totally free from dust, bacteria & any other foreign particles.
