Ophthalmic solution, Alphagan P

ALPHAGAN^® P (brimonidine tartrate ophthalmic solution) 0.1% or 0.15% is an alpha-adrenergic receptor agonist indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

Alphagan P reduces the amount of fluid in the eye, which decreases pressure inside the eye.

Alphagan P is used to treat open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension (high pressure inside the eye).

Alphagan P may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide.
