Multi-Product Proportionate Feeding
Auto strip cutting system.

Complete powder coated base frame structure.
Castor wheel mounting for ease of cleaning beneath the machine as well as relocating.
Input voltages are available @ 440 V and 230 V. Other voltages available on request.
Stamp type contact coding system
Auto-detect type photo-cell ensures no change of gear for change in pouch length.
Multi-channel feeding system is designed for stacking products of various densities into their individual chambers and releasing them in the required proportion to form the final mixture just before its packed into the pouch.
Nitrogen gas flushing system to enhance the shelf life of the product.
Very compact feet print of 2.5 x 3.0 feet. Please note the feet print maybe bigger depending upon the weight to be packed.
This variant is used for packaging non-homogenous products constituting a mixture of various products with different densities like Bhadang, Oats Cereal.
