Description

The High Speed Stirrer is use to mix, emulsify, homogenize, disperse, particle size reduction etc. in liquid-liquid, liquid-solid solution.

The High Speed Stirrer is designed to comply the Indian FDA, US FDA rules and in accordance with cGMP specification for Food, Flavours, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical etc. industries.

Capacity: 5 Ltrs to 3000 Ltrs

M.O.C: SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L, Hast alloy or on request

The High Speed Stirrer is consisting of following main components:

• Mixing Unit:
The Mixing Unit comprises of a Mixing Shaft which is coupled to motor at one end and other end to turbine rotor.

• Lifting / Lowering Arrangement:
The lifting and lowering arrangement of the mixing unit can be achieve with the help of Hydraulic Cylinders or with the help of motorized Lead Screw.

• Control Panel:
Non FLP / FLP, Electric control panel is provided. The panel is designed as per the Indian Electrical Standard norms.

SURFACE FINISH

Fully stainless steel construction with Internal 320 grit mirror finish and external 240 grit mirror finish.
