The conventional process which uses Motorised Variacs controlled heavy-duty rectifiers requires around 3.5 hrs to 4 hrs of time to achieve the best result. With PULSER, the total process time comes down to almost half, there by saving lots on the electrical energy cost, cost of electricity on chilling plant for cooling required as well as manpower/labour cost. Not only it saves electricity but it also gives better colour and finish on the end product by achieving the deposition of target microns and hardness.
With faster process, the manpower is fully utilized and the quality and repeatability of anodizing provides good end results. The surface finish is uniform and process automation as well power efficiency has resulted in total cost realization of the new plant.
