Description
SARAL SYSTEMS specializes in designing and manufacturing transformers based on customer's requirement. Our cost effective transformers fully comply with the customer's specifications ensuring that the special requirements are fully met. From coil winding - to building cores - to applying varnish, the raw material used in manufacturing process are of higher grade and cleanliness is maintained at every stage to ensure best quality and reliable product.
CORES : The Cores are build from non-ageing scale free, low loss silicon steel lamination. The laminations are insulated from each other by hot oil resisting insulation coating which does not deteriorate with age and under continuous operation.
WINDINGS : High conductivity special quality winding conductors covered with suitable insulation are used to withstand all electrical, thermal and mechanical stresses experienced in the normal transformer services thereby making it durable and increasing its life span. The windings are rigidly clamped between the top and bottom frames through clamping rings and pressboard collars and blocks. The windings normally consist of one or more than one combination of three types of coils viz. Spiral Coil, Cross over coils or Continuous Disc Coils.
INSPECTION & TESTS : Inspection is carried out at every stage of manufacture. The transformer goes through all the routine tests once it is completely manufactured before being dispatched.
