Dosing Pumps

We bring forth Dosing Pumps, which are a kind of low-volume pumps comprising controllable discharge rates. These discharge rates are used to inject additives and difficult-to-mix fluids available in mixing, pumping or batch/tank systems. Our pumps are basically made from thermoplastic, plastic and stainless steel, and are inclusive of mounting holes and accessories. Moreover, single and double diaphragm is also available in these models. Some of our pumps have been specifically designed to move adhesives, acids, concrete, chemicals and grout. We can also use these for moving potable water, ground water, waste water and salt water from sewage, slurry, sludge and ash slurry. Many of the features can be a helpful moving media for the purpose of vertical and horizontal movement, which is directly proportional to direction of rotor assembly and pump stator. All our pumps are inclusive of maximum discharge pressure, maximum discharge flow, discharge size, media temperature and inlet size. These Dosing Pumps are operated using electricity and mechanical actuated draphragm. The dosage and injection can be adjusted with frequency going up to 120 spm. Compactly designed, the size of these is light weight and unique double ball check. It has been further equipped with NRVs (Non-Returnable Valves), and are utilized for the purpose of better dosing accuracy and smooth functioning with solenoid valves. In addition, these are also used in WTP/ETP/STP and have inculcated a capacity for dosing fluids and chemicals upto the range of 0-20 lph. Our pumps work at 7 kg/cm2(max) pressure, and are usually made of NDPe, AISI 316, PP and PTFE.
