Description
Daclahep (generic Daklinza Daclatasvir) must not be administered as monotherapy. Daclahep (generic Daklinza Daclatasvir) must be administered in combination with other medicinal products for the treatment of chronic HCV infection. Treatment with Daclahep (generic Daklinza Daclatasvir) should be initiated and monitored by a physician experienced in the management of chronic hepatitis C.
Daclahep (generic Daklinza Daclatasvir) is indicated for use with sofosbuvir for the treatment of patients with chronic HCV genotype 3 infection. Sustained virologic response (SVR) rates are reduced in HCV genotype 3-infected patients with cirrhosis receiving this regimen.
