Description
We present completely automatic state-of-the-art Shrink Bundling System that is designed with many features so as to make it easy for users to consistently produce high quality shrink packages. All of the offered shrink packaging systems are built to deliver features like Ease of Use, Maximum Uptime and Safety in operations.
Technical Features:
- Inline, belt-to-belt transfer
- Intermittent motion shrink bundler with welded tubular steel frame
- Inline upper & lower powered film delivery system with on-demand feature
- Hand crank adjustable seal jaw opening
- Side load film rack
- Integral convert-air type shrink tunnel with 7" mineral block insulated cool-to-the-touch chamber
Machine Operation -
- Product accepted from customer's existing low friction conveyor (Having at least 8" of space between products) onto in-feed conveyor
- Product placed through film curtain & seal bar where sleeve of polyethylene film would be applied around the product
- Once wrapped in film, product will be transferred onto shrink tunnel belt
- While passing through shrink chamber, film will be tightly shrunk around each product resulting in tightly shrunk, open-ended finished bundle
- Finished product will be discharged onto customer's existing belt ready for next process

Our Shrink Bundling systems come with operator safety in mind. The safety features include:
- Safety interlocks on all access panels
- Seal bar safety proximity switches
- Simple to understand controls
- Mushroom style E-stop on both sides of machine
- Automatic power off device when Air pressure falls below desired level
