As standard pharmaceutical and biotechnological clean room requirement, the ceiling grid system must in excellent flush appearance to prevent contamination, microbial and fungal growth. Ceiling system is designed walk on capabilities for maintenance access and this can be minimized the need for catwalks above the dean room areas, reducing steel structure cost and installation time. AASTHA ACI-Grid Pharma walk able ceiling panel is 50mm thick composite panel using steel or aluminum skin on both sides with aluminum honeycomb or rock wool as in fill core. The steel skin coating can be either static dissipative or non static finished.
